2. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, ingredients, nutritional information, imagery, and pricing are accurate. However:

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable GST taxes.
• We reserve the right to revise product prices, discount offers, and promotional coupons at any time without prior notice.
• Natural variations in color, texture, and taste may occur between batches due to the 100% natural, chemical-free processing of our wild gooseberry (Amla) harvests.

3. User Accounts & Registration

When you create an account on Manyyata Foods:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details including your legal name, verified email address, mobile number, and delivery address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

4. Orders, Payments & Transactions

We accept secure online payments via Razorpay (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking).

• Your order is confirmed upon successful payment verification and transaction completion.
• In the event of an unexpected stock unavailability, Manyyata Foods reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order with a full 100% prompt refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver all across India through trusted logistics and courier partners. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours. Standard delivery timelines range from 3 to 7 business days depending on delivery location.

6. Cancellations & Returns Policy

Because our products are edible food items, returns are accepted strictly in case of damaged, leaked, or incorrect items delivered. Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing photos/videos to info@manyyatafoods.com or WhatsApp at +91 97635 93333.
